It's good to talk

We know a good organisation always keeps its staff informed with the latest news.

It also consults staff on change and modernisation and here at the PCT we pledge our commitment to staff with a staff charter, and we have lots of ways to keep our staff up to date. 

An interactive quarterly staff magazine 'Team Talk Plus', contributions are always encouraged, we also cascade a weekly email newsletter 'Team Talk' PCT and have a staff intranet site which provides the perfect platform for sharing and gathering information. 

We also hold regular staff lunctime sofa sessions, giving staff from different parts of the organisation to learn about each others work. These are held in an informal environment where Directors regularly attend.
