The Expert Patient Programme is it for you?

Are you doing the best for yourself?
The Expert Patient Programme is a self management course run by your local NHS and is delivered by volunteer tutors who themselves have a long term condition, so they understand how you feel.
It is free of charge and is held locally so that you can easily access this friendly and informal service.
The course runs for 6 weeks and is 2 ½ hours per week. Can you spare 15 hours over 6 weeks to learn valuable skills to help you cope with your condition.
NHS Nottinghamshire County have a commitment to offer opportunities for you to take control, to meet other people, to learn new things, to be supported and share a cup of tea and a biscuit.
