Information we hold about you

This page explains why local health organisations collect information about you and what we do with the information we hold about you, and the ways in which this information may be used. It also explains who we may share information with and your rights to see your records. Your information is held and processed in line with The Data Protection Act (1998), the common Law of Confidentiality, the Human Rights Act (1998) and the Caldicott report (1997).
