Have your say on breastfeeding information

NHS Nottinghamshire County are carrying out a survey about breastfeeding and are keen to hear from mothers, fathers, grandparents, carers, etc and their experiences. 

This is a short survey which will provide us with key and relevant information about breastfeeding.  This information will be used to develop future patient information to support women to breastfeed.

Every questionnaire that is completed and returned will be entered into a prize draw to win a number of prizes, including a £75.00 Eden Hall Spa gift voucher. 

It is vital that everybody in Nottinghamshire has their chance to provide their views and opinions and therefore we would welcome the opportunity to visit any group to meet staff, parents, carers, etc to discuss the work that we are carrying out.
