Vital Signs
Vital Signs
The purpose of NHS Nottinghamshire County is to improve the health and well being of people in Nottinghamshire.
To ensure that we are delivering an excellent service, we are assessed by the Department of Health against nationally set targets called Vital Signs. These Vital Signs are those that the PCT is responsible for delivering.
The Vital Signs report below provides a review of the latest annual position, providing a comparison to other Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) within the East Midlands and to the rest of England. The purpose of this publication is to inform you of our performance.
The Green - The PCT is doing as well as, or better than some other PCTs. Amber - The PCT is making progress but there is still work to do. Red - The PCT is not currently doing as well as some other PCTs and we need to improve.
The purpose of this publication is to inform you of our performance and to look ahead to what we intend to do.
