This is a restricted procurement and potential providers will need to pass the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) stage before succeeding to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage.

South Nottinghamshire oxygen assessment and review service

NHS Nottinghamshire County are conducting a restricted tender for organisations that can deliver a Home Oxygen Assessment and Review Service across the three Practice Based Commissioning clusters in the south of Nottinghamshire -  Nottingham West Consortium (NWC), Nottingham North and East Consortium (NNEC) and Principia Partners in Health.

The three clusters combined consist of 50 GP Practices with a registered population of approximately 350,000 patients. Practices are located across the southern part of Ashfield and the districts of Broxtowe, Gedling, and Rushcliffe.

The clusters would like to implement a service that will offer assessment and review both of patients already receiving and new patients requiring Home Oxygen Therapy. As of May 2010, 664 patients registered with NWC, NNEC and Principia were receiving home oxygen therapy.
