High Point Practice Based Commissioning cluster is a group formed by the GPs and practices in Mansfield and Ashfield.
It comprises 31 GP Practices across the Ashfield and Mansfield locality and covers a population of approximately 185,000 registered patients.
Our aim is to improve the health and social wellbeing of the local population, and to understand and stimulate innovation and choice.
We are bringing together the skills and expertise of clinicians and managers to get the best of both, in order to deliver services that are person, family and community centred.
