Standards for better health
As part of the Annual Health Check each NHS organisation is required to undertake a self assessment against the Government’s 24 core Standards for Better Health.
This year we have been required to submit separate declarations for Nottinghamshire Community Health and NHS Nottinghamshire County.
A formal Better Standards of Health 2008/2009 declaration setting out our level of compliance was submitted to the Care Quality Commission during May 2009 and can be viewed via the link on the right.
We are pleased to report that significant improvements have been made in all areas reported as not met in the 2007/8 declaration which can be viewed below.
