- Eat well Improve your mood by eating healthily. Eat regular meals throughout the day and cut down on stimulants like caffeine, alcohol and nicotine to help keep blood sugar levels constant and to avoid mood swings.

Walking for Health
Walking is a great way to exercise, reduce stress and improve mental health.
Walking for Health is a scheme run in partnership between the Department of Health and Natural England, which organises group walks across Nottinghamshire. There are over 20 free Walking for Health schemes across the county. These are suitable for all levels of experience, are sociable and free.
